## Ferry FAQs

### What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers.

### Can I change my dates?

Yes! You can change your travel date free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, as long as it stays on the same route and within the same calendar year. Changes depend on availability, so please let us know as early as you can.

### What should I bring on the ferry?

We recommend bringing a valid ID, your booking confirmation, and any personal items you may need during the trip.

### How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may bring one checked bag (up to 23 kg) and one carry-on bag (up to 11 kg).

### What is the boarding process?

Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 1 hour before departure. Present your booking confirmation and ID at check-in to receive your boarding pass (gafete).

### What happens if the ferry is delayed or canceled?

If a departure is delayed or canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and help you rebook on the next available sailing. Ferry tickets are non-refundable.

### Can I cancel my booking?

Ferry tickets are non-refundable. Instead of canceling, you can change your travel date free of charge up to 48 hours before departure (same route and same calendar year), or transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before departure.



## Agent tools (full reference)

Every page registers these read-only tools via the Web Model Context API (document.modelContext on Chrome 149+, navigator.modelContext as fallback; an in-page implementation with getTools()/executeTool() is installed when the browser ships neither).
