Yes! You can change your travel date free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, as long as it stays on the same route and within the same calendar year. Changes depend on availability, so please let us know as early as you can.

We recommend bringing a valid ID, your booking confirmation, and any personal items you may need during the trip.

Each passenger may bring one personal item (purse or backpack), and one checked bag (up to 23 kg).

Please arrive at the ferry terminal at least 1 hour before departure. Present your booking confirmation and ID at check-in to receive your boarding pass (gafete).

If a departure is delayed or canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and help you rebook on the next available sailing. Ferry tickets are non-refundable.

Ferry tickets are non-refundable. Instead of canceling, you can change your travel date free of charge up to 48 hours before departure (same route and same calendar year), or transfer your ticket to another person up to 24 hours before departure.
